Terry L. Carnes, age 49, of Dalton, Georgia passed away Thursday, December 10, 2020. He was born on November 30, 1971. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Ruby Carnes. Survived by his daughters Paula Preavette, Terrie Mitchell and Amanda Carnes; brothers and sisters in law, Michael and Shirley Carnes of Chatsworth; Johnny and Traci Carnes of Ringgold; sisters and brothers in law Cynthia and Kenneth Chadwick of Dalton; Diane and Martine Magana of Dalton; Annette Carnes of Dalton; 10 Grandchildren; second mama Mary Hunt. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Terry Carnes will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, December 13, 2020 at the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home with Pastor Cynthia Chadwick officiating. Interment Mineral Spring Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends for visitation from 12:00 PM until the hour of service on Sunday.
