Charles Yott, age 74, of Dalton, Ga. passed away on Monday, July 8, 2024. He was born December 28, 1949. He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Cora "Rittenberry" Yott; brothers, Robert Yott, Donald Yott; sisters, Betty Cooper, Wanda Yott, Mary Jo Swanson. He is survived by his daughters, Tracy Corbin and husband Shawn, Christie Baker and husband William; The mother of his children Charlotte Yott; sister, Linda Wilson; Grandchildren, Colton Feagans and wife Kurston, Kelsey Walker and husband Cameron, Annalee Howell and husband Austin, Jacob Corbin; great grandchildren, Denver Feagans, Maguire Feagans and many nieces and nephews. He enjoyed the thrill of riding motorcycles and his diverse talent in bowling and playing pool. His love for family also shines through and valued their relationships deeply. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Mr. Charles Yott will be held at 1:00 pm on Thursday, July 11, 2024 at the Chapel of Dalton Funeral Home. Interment will be West Hill Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends for visitation from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at Dalton Funeral Home.
