Ms. Joyce Bowling, age 72, of Dalton, Georgia passed away Wednesday, February 16, 2022. She was born on March 30, 1949. She was preceded in death by her husband Clyde Ray Bowling; parents, Dave and Beatrice Chambers; brothers, Ray, Earl and Donald; sisters, Jennifer, Hedy, Doris and Ivy; grandchild, Kaleb. She is survived by her sons, Kevin Bowling and Joye Hammond of Tn, Keith and Pamela Bowling of Dalton, Clyde Ray Jr. and Hope Bowling of Chatsworth, Chance Bowling and Sheryl Ward of Tn.; daughter Joy Angel Brown and Ryan Amos of Dalton; brother, Billy Chambers; sisters, Sharon Sewell and Gail Sewell; grandsons, Labron, Alex, Josh, Jorden, Justin, Brandon, Brytton, Christian, Jr, Tyler, Evan, Shane; granddaughters, Keisha, Brittany, Brooke, Breanne, Hailey, Emily, Halley, Renee, Destiny and Jade; and 16 great grandchildren; special friend, Edward Blackwell; several nieces and nephews. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Joyce Bowling will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, February 19, 2022 at Pioneer Baptist Church with Pastor Shane Pierce and Pastor David Chambers officiating. The family will be receiving friends for visitation from 5 PM – 8 PM Friday, February 18, 2022 at Dalton Funeral Home. Visitation then will resume at Pioneer Baptist Church in Pioneer, Tn. from 11 AM – 2 PM Saturday, February 19, 2022, interment will be held at Dave Chambers Family Cemetery.
