Margie Mae Bryant Harris, age 75, of Chatsworth, Georgia passed away Thursday, June 22, 2017. She was born on November 1, 1941. She was preceded in death by her husband, Tom Stone; parents, Elbert A. Bryant and Essie Lou Hughes Bryant; brother, George Bryant; and a sister, Judy Shephard. She is survived by her sons and daughters in law, Richard Hott and Janie Benson of Chatsworth, GA, John Hott and Ivonne Benalcazar-Hott of Piney Flats, TN; daughter and son in law, Ramona and James Ferguson of Moore, S.C.; brother and sister in law, FL and Elizabeth Bryant of La Grange, GA; brother in law, Granville Shephard of Dalton, GA; 18 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren, and great nieces and nephews. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Margie Mae Bryant Harris will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, June 25, 2017 at the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home with Bro. Tony Robertson officiating. Interment will be at Untied Memorial Gardens. The family will be receiving friends for visitation from 5-8 PM on Saturday evening.
