Richard Dale Mooney, age 72, of Dalton, Georgia passed away Thursday, October 24, 2019. He was born on January 4, 1947. He was preceded in death by his parents, Cossie and Savannah Mooney. He is survived by his wife, Sheila Gail Mooney of Dalton; son, Michael Lester Cooper of Dalton; daughter and son in law, Emily Anne and Bradley Stern of Chatsworth; grandchildren, Natosha Cooper, Maddox Stern and Madison Stern.
