Barbara Joyce Watson, 79, of Trion, GA, passed away on August 21, 2021. She was born on August 6, 1942. She is preceded in death by her husband, Richard Allen Watson; parents, Huey (Juanita) Reeves; sisters, Jackie Beck and Judy Liermann. Joyce is survived by her son, David (Erica) Watson of Ringgold; daughter, Melissa Hancock of Mississippi; brother, Johnie (Loretta) Reeves of Waleska, GA; sisters, Janice (Denise) Deal of Dallas, GA; and Jane (Tim) Liston of Manvel, TX. She had numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. A graveside service to celebrate the life of Joyce is to be held at West Hill Cemetery in Trion at 3:00 PM on Monday, August 30, 2021. Arrangements have been entrusted to independently owned and operated Dalton Funeral Home, 620 S Glenwood Ave., Dalton, GA. 30721.
