Janie Ella Muse, age 80, of Dalton, Georgia passed away Monday, August 31, 2020. After a long battel with alzheimer's. She was born on December 09, 1939. She was preceded in death by her late husband, Ed Muse; son Billy Taylor; parents, Richard and Ida Martin. Janie is survived by a brother Ernie Martin and sister Mary and Roy King her sons and daughters; James and Bridget Muse; Wendell and Brenda Muse; Denise and Diane Muse; Rena and Zindal Newport; Alice and Jerry Dean; Chissy Moore; Ruthann Newport. She had several nieces and nephews and grand kids, great grand kids and great great grand kids. The family will be receiving friends for visitation from 10:00 AM until 9:00 PM Wednesday September 2, 2020 at Dalton Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held on Thursday September 3, 2020 at 10:00 AM at Subligna Cemetery in Summerville, GA. Family and friends will meet at the Cemetery.
