Before his death, JW requested that all those in attendance wear a mask, be mindful of social distancing, and spread love with “air hugs” to protect his loved ones. Brother Lonnie Starnes will deliver the service. Tiffany will provide the eulogy. Mike Kolassa, Haskel Bartlett, Barry Elrod, Justin Dixon, and Chad Bartlett will be the pallbearers. Arrangements have been entrusted to independently owned and operated Dalton Funeral Home, 620 S. Glenwood Ave. Dalton, GA 30721; 706-5829-5371.
