Adelina "Valentin" Barros, age 81, of Dalton, Georgia passed away Sunday, September 24, 2023. She was born on November 20, 1941 in Vega Baja Lakes, PR. She was preceded in death by her parents, Gregorio Valentin and Maria Rodrigez; son, Frankie Freixas; daughter, Caridad Freixas. Loving first husband Juan Barros. Her grandsons, Michael Freixas & Jose Luis. She is survived by her daughter, Adeline Barros-Yanez and husband Nelson Yanez. Her son Pedro Freixas, by her grandchildren, Milagros, Aries, Lissette, Joseph, Rosalyn, Johnathan, Melanie, Avie, Kenny, Maritza, Heather and her great grandchildren, Madelyn, Adam, Julian, Ema, Kaine, Mia and Mason and by her husband, Eduardo Chavez and many more family members and friends who love her and will miss her always. A memorial service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Adelina "Valentin" Barros will be held at 12:00 PM Friday, October 6, 2023 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church.
