Agnes L. Johnson, age 77, of Dalton, Georgia passed away Saturday, August 11, 2018. She was born on August 25,1940. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, James Daniel Johnson; parents, Sam and Miranda Belle Greene; brother, James Greene; sisters, Virginia (Bill) Sutton, Mary Lou (Donald) Brown, Helen Kelly, Rosa Lee (Lamar) Smith, Juanita Lewallen; and special cousin, Dottie Robbins. She is survived by her daughter, Regina Johnson; brother, Dewitt (Sandra) Greene; sisters Bonnie Simpson, Patricia (Lamar) Burnette; sister-in-law, Mary Lyn Greene; brother-in-law, Charles Lewallen; grandchildren, Chad (Andrea) Johnson and Cameron Stephens; greatgrandchildren, Brielle and Brynlee Johnson. Agnes Johnson adored her family, children, grandchildren and greatgrandchildren. She will be greatly missed. A memorial service to celebrate the life of Agnes L. Johnson will be held Monday at 3:00 PM, August 13, 2018 at the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home. The family will receive friends for visitation Sunday evening from 5:00 to 8:00 PM.
