Ms. Angela Powell Stephens, age 61, of Tunnel Hill, GA passed away on Wednesday, December 14, 2022. She was born on November 25, 1961. She was preceded in death by her parents, Crawford Powell Sr. and Mary Elizabeth Powell; brothers, Ricky Powell and Crawford "Bubby" Powell Jr.; brother in law, Freddy Silvers; and niece, April Silvers. Ms. Stephens is survived by her husband, Tim Holcomb; sisters and brother in law, Rebecca "Becky" Silvers, Tena and Ronald Davis; daughters and sons in law, Carrie Gilbert and Steven Bryant, Gennie and Chad Knowles; mother and father in law, Gail and Dennis Forest; sisters and brothers in law, Wanda Gann and Linda Kindreck, Tina and Paul Powers; grandchildren Kaylin and Justin Whitlock, Robin Gilbert, Robert "Bubba" Gilbert, and Chloe Barnard; 4 great granddaughters; aunt and uncle, Kathy and Charles Wood; and several loving nieces and nephews. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Ms. Angela Powell Stephens will be held at 4:00 PM on Sunday, December 18, 2022 in the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home with Rev. Justin Grant and Rev. George Ashburn officiating. Interment will be at Varnell Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends for visitation from 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM on Sunday, December 18, 2022 at Dalton Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be Justin Whitlock, Travis Griffin, Matt Powell, Matthew Powell, Ronnie Rowe, and Jonathan Powell. Honorary pallbearers will be Paul Powers, Jeremy Layman, and Jared Whitlock.
