April Dawn Hughes Hufstetler, age 38, of Dalton, Georgia passed away Monday, April 11, 2016. She was born on July 1, 1977. She was preceded in death by her parents, John C. Hughes, SR and Dorothy Nicholson Hughes; brothers, William Elbert Stewart and Henry Edward Stewart; sisters, Lucendia Beavers and Kela Kay Hughes. She is survived by her husband, Robert Hufstetler of Dalton; son, Anthony Jackson, JR of VA; daughter, Samantha Jackson of VA; brother, John C. Hughes, JR of Dalton; sister, Yvonne Hughes of Dalton; and severl nieces and nephews. A funeral service to celebrate the life of April Dawn Hufstetler will be held at 1:00 PM Thursday, April 14, 2016 at the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home with Bro. Harold Richardson and Bro. Kaylon Hughes officiating. Interment will be at West Hill Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends for visitation Thursday morning from 9:00 AM until the hour of service.
