Baby Arii Quinn Bonds Phelps was born into the arms of angels on Friday, February 23, 2024. To welcome her with open arms is her great grandmother, Wanda London. She is survived by her mother, Sha'Tariq Quinnea Isis Bonds of Dalton; father, Chester A. Phelps of Chattanooga; grandparents, Missy Bonds of Dalton, Toriq Johnson of Chattanooga; uncle, Tifton Bonds of Dalton; aunt, Che'Kolbey Burse of Dalton; she is also survived by her great grandparents, and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.
