Barbara A. Carter, age 80, of Rocky Face, Georgia passed away Friday, January 13, 2017. She was born on December 20, 1936. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Carter; and her parents, Dan and Susie Wooten. She is survived by her sister, Joyce Jean Jackson; and a nephew, Barry Jackson. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Barbara A. Carter will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, January 16, 2017 at the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home.
