Betty Ann Lewallen, age 83, of Rocky Face, Georgia passed away Tuesday, April 28, 2020. She was born on August 1, 1936. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Steed Lewallen, SR; son, Jay Arnold Hayes, JR; parents, Gordon Lee and Mamie Josephine Westmoreland; and brother, Ernest Westmoreland. She is survived by her children and their spouses, Sabrina Duckett and James of Crandall, Carolyn Wilson and Jeff of Chatsworth, Debbie Kiser and Stoney of Dallas, GA, Robert Lance, JR and Shonda of Chatsworth, Royxann McTaggart and Scott of Rocky Face, Roy Steed Lewallen, JR and Teresa of Rocky Face, Charlie Labron Lewallen of Rocky Face; brother and sister in law, James Westmoreland and Cindy of Mississippi; sisters, Bessie Akins of Dalton, Mary Bone of Oneida, TN, Virginia Williams of Dalton, Flora Adkins of Chatsworth; 18 grandchildren; and 25 great grandchildren. To celebrate the life of Betty Ann Lewallen a graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, May 1, 2020 at Whitfield Memorial Gardens with Rev. Pratt Hughes officiating.
