Bill Ray Lyons, age 81, of Dalton, Ga. passed away on Sunday, October 9 , 2022. He was born December 13, 1940. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence Uranus Lyons and Dollie Bernice Wells: In addition to his parents, J.E. is preceded in death by several immediate family members. He is survived by his wife, Nikki Carpenter: sister, Sherry Taylor: nephews, Danny Lyons and wife Mary, Kevin Lyons and wife Marcel. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
