Billy "Scottie" Land, age 49, of Chatsworth, Ga., passed away on Saturday, February 11, 2023. He was born on April 6, 1973. He is survived by his father, Billy Bufford Land of Resaca, Ga.; mother, Barbara Ann "Blake" Land of Chatsworth, Ga.; sisters, Michelle and Martin Baggett of Chatsworth, Ga., Telena and Ronnie Hice of McDonald, Tn.; several nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews. A memorial service to celebrate the life of Billy "Scottie" Land will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, February 25, 2023 at the Resaca Assembly of God with Pastor Steve Burns officiating.
