Bobbie Jean Amos, age 59, of Calhoun, Georgia passed away Tuesday, May 11, 2021. She was born May 11, 1962. She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Amos; parents, Chester and Austine Hardy Baggett; infant twin boys, Travis and Truman. She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Jason and Margaret Baggett of Dalton, GA; Ricky and Erica Morgan of Dalton, GA; Jonathan and Sharon Carr of FL; Michael Amos of RF; Scott and Trish Hudgins of Calhoun, GA; daughters and sons-in-law, Jennifer and Chris Pickett of Dalton, GA; Angel and Dakota Hullender of RF; Michelle and Daniel Burke of Dalton, GA; brothers and sister-in-law, David and Wynette Baggett of Dalton, GA; Joseph Johnson; sisters, Nanette Perry and Mary Ann; She was known as Ganny to 24 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Bobbie Jean Amos will be held 3:00 PM Friday, May 14,2021 at the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home with Jason Baggett officiating. Interment will be at New Hope Kilgore Cemetery. The family will receive friends for visitation from 12 PM until the hour of service at 3 PM at Dalton Funeral Home.
