Bobby Lee Kendrick, age 73, of Dalton, Georgia passed away Tuesday, May 26, 2015. He was born on December 28, 1941 in Chatsworth. He is preceded in death by his parents, France Kendrick and Dolly Bryson Kendrick; brothers, Calvin Kendrick, Willard Kendrick, Grady Kendrick, Alvin Kendrick; sisters, Lucile Smith, Mary Ruth Rice, Mildred Jones, Minnie Patterson. He is survived by his wife, Gladys Kendrick of Dalton; son and daughter in law, Jeffrey and Glenna Kendrick of Dalton; brothers and sisters in law, Junior and Sue Kendrick of Chatsworth, Gene and Pauline Kendrick of Dalton, Roy Kendrick of Chatsworth; sister, Jewell Carroll of Chatsworth; grandchildren, Hunter Kendrick, Rachel Cummins, Ashley Cross; great grandchild, Olivia Cross. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Bobby Lee Kendrick will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, May 29, 2015 at the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home with Brother Ronald Guffey officiating. Interment will follow at Murray Memorial Gardens. The family will be receiving friends for visitation from 1:00 PM till 9:00 PM on Thursday evening.
