Brenda Sue Coots, age 49, of Dalton, Georgia passed away on Sunday, February 22, 2015. She was born on September 18, 1965. She is preceded in death by her parents, Harvey and Linda Caudill; brother, Bobby Joe Caudill. She is survived by her sons, Chris Coots of Chatsworth, James Coots of Chatsworth; brother, Gene Shearer; sisters, Tonya Henson, Lizabeth Hatton, Tina Burke, and Sally Adkins all of Hazard, KY; grandchildren, Levi Coots and Hunter Coots of Chatsworth; several nieces and nephews. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Brenda Sue Coots will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, February 25, 2015 at the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home with Brother Jeff Johnson officiating. The family will be receiving friends for visitation from 5:00 PM till 9:00 PM on Tuesday evening.
