Brenda Cross Parrish, age 59, of Dalton, Georgia passed away Wednesday, November 30, 2016 surrounded by her family, which was the joy of her life. She was born on January 9, 1957. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd Harley Cross and Louise Prince Cross. She is survived by her son, Michael Brock of Dalton; daughter, Angela Elliott of Dalton; special niece, Tammy Farmer and her husband Dale of Cohutta; brothers and sister in law, Floyd Cross of Eton, Randall and Carolyn Cross of Dalton, Lamar Cross of McCaysville; sister and brother in law, Patricia and Randy Bell of Chatsworth; grandchildren, Brianna Elliott, Keisha Walls, Alexis Brock, Megan Brock, Courtney Brock, and Christopher Dickinson. To celebrate the life of Brenda Cross Parrish the family will be receiving friends from 2-4 PM on Sunday, December 4, 2016 at the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home.
