Carolyne Sue Buff Glenn, age 72, of Dalton, Ga. passed away on Wednesday, October 11, 2023 at her home surrounded by family and friends. Carolyne was preceded in death by her parents, Melvin Buff and Martha Dutton; brother Melvin Jr. Buff. She is survived by her husband, who she married 54 years ago on January 26, 1969 George Grant Glenn Jr., their three sons, George III and wife Anna, Buffey and Ezekiel. Two grandsons, Tyler and Jessie Glenn; one granddaughter, Meagan Glenn; one great grandson, Toby Glenn; sister, Stella Weatherly; several nieces and nephews including, Jerry and Lise Beasley, Ricky and Brenda Beasley, Becky Beasley, David Beasley, Bobby, Marsha and Tammy Weatherly, Allen and Brandi Rittenhouse. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Carolyne Sue Buff Glenn will be held at 1:00 pm on Sunday, October 15, 2023 at the Chapel of Dalton Funeral Home with Pastor Adam Harrison officiating. Interment will be at West Hill Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends for visitation from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Saturday, October 14, 2023 at Dalton Funeral Home.
