Charles Edward Gibson, age 58, of Dalton, Georgia passed away Saturday, November 14, 2015. He was born December 17, 1956. He is preceded in death by his father, John Robert Gibson; and a brother, Michael Gibson. He is survived by his wife, Vicki Gibson of Dalton; daughter and son in law, Lacy Danielle and Adolph Tylar of Alpharetta, GA; son, Christopher Ross Gibson of Dalton; mother, Carlene and Kenneth Sammon of New Castle, DE; brothers, John Gibson and Matthew Sammon both of New Castle, DE; sisters, Shannon Sammon, Treasa Carosino and Margaret Colombo all of New Castle, DE; grandchildren, Jada Gibson and Lexi Gibson. A memorial service to celebrate the life of Charles Edward Gibson will be held at 3:00 PM Monday, November 16, 2015 at the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home.
