Charles Higgins, age 65, of Tunnel Hill, Georgia passed away Sunday, November 22, 2015. He was born August 20, 1948. Charles is preceded in death by his parents, Herman Luther Higgins and Willie Ruth Clarke Higgins; 2 brothers, James Higgins and Johnny Higgins; and a sister, Louise Campbell. He is survived by his sisters, Mary Lou Bright of Tunnel Hill and Fannie Higgins of Dalton; nieces and nephews, Betty Postelle of Ringgold, Jack Dean Postelle of Tunnel Hill, Kendra Tarvin of Chatsworth, Hannah Postelle of Ringgold, Nathaniel Postelle of Ringgold; John and Karen Campbell of Resenburg, TX. A memorial service to celebrate the life of Charles Higgins will be held at 8:00 PM Tuesday, November 24, 2015 at the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home.
