Charlie Lee Beal, age 73, of Rocky Face, Georgia passed away Monday, July 11, 2016. He was born on January 12, 1943. Charlie is preceded in death by his first wife and mother of his children, Vivian Beal; parents, William and Frances Beal; brother, Roy Beal; sisters, Doris Beal, and Barbara Quarles. He is survived by his wife, Marsoonia Beal of Rocky Face, GA; son and daughter in law, Charles Beal and Joyce Jackson of Dalton, GA; daughters and son in law, April and Michael Harrell of Tunnel Hill, GA, Linda Kersey of Benton, TN; brother and sister in law, John and Sherlyn Ledford of Augusta, GA; sister, Margaret Lawless of Dalton, GA; 15 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Charlie Lee Beal will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday, July 14, 2016 at the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home with Pastor Anthony Cain officiating. Interment will be at Poplar Springs Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends for visitation from 6-9 PM on Wednesday evening.
