Charlotte T. Espy, age 44, of Dalton, Georgia passed away Friday, July 15, 2016. She was born on August 1, 1971. She is preceded in death by her mother, Lula Mae Espy; a son, Glenn Womble; brothers, John Espy and Michael Espy. She is survived by her father, David Espy of Fort Oglethorpe; son, Dwayne Womble of Chickamauga; daughters, Felicia Espy Cooper of Chickamauga, Ashley Womble of Macon, Nicky Kaisler of Stone Mountain, Cynthia Alexander of Chickamauga; brother, Chuck Espy of Fort Oglethorpe; sisters, Denise Shield and Vickie of Fort Oglethorpe; grandchildren, Emily Cooper, Anna Cooper, Jerricah Cooper, Elizabeth Ashanti, Trent Alexander and Dink Alexander. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Charlotte T. Espy will be held at 1:00 PM Monday, July 18, 2016 at the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home with Bro. Robert Hill officiating. Interment will be at West Hill Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends from 11:00 AM until the hour of service.
