Charlotte M. Phillips, age 70, of Dalton, Georgia passed away Sunday, August 1, 2021. She was born on December 24, 1950. She was preceded in death by her father, Columbus Hobgood; mother, Eloise Horn; brothers, Loyd and Ronnie Hobgood. She is survived by her husband Donald Phillips; sons, Terry Phillips (Tammy Chadwick) of Dalton, Joshua Phillips (Nichole Ledford) of Dalton; daughter, Kristina Byers of Dalton; brother, Jimmy (Tammy) Horn; and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Charlotte Phillips will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, August 4, 2021 at the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home. Brother Kevin Self will officiate the service.
