Charlotte C. Scott, age 63, of Dalton, passed away Thursday, April 27, 2023. She was born on January 12, 1960. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Eugene Scott; parents, father, Thomas Eugene Welch; mother, Sally "Ball" Welch Ralston; brothers, Edward Ball, Danny Ball, Ronnie Welch, Ricky Welch, Allan Welch; sister, Linda Peirce. She is survived by her, daughters, Donnene Scott Parker, Desaray George, Brenda Scott; brother, Bobby and Cynthia Welch; sisters, Diane and Trammell Caldwell, Mary and Joe Lawless; grandchildren, Theodore Eugene Scott, Jason Albert Parker Jr., Anthony Michael Parker, Derrick Alexander Scott, Christine Elizabeth Parker, Cyrian Alan Harris, Tyler Charles Permenter, Charlene Eirinn Odell Permenter; several nieces, nephews and cousins. The funeral service to honor the life of Mrs. Charlotte C. Scott will be held Sunday, April 30, 2023 at 12:00 PM at the Chapel of Dalton Funeral Home. Interment will be at United Memorial Gardens Cemetery. The family will receive friends for visitation at the funeral home on Saturday, April 29, 2023 at from 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM at Dalton Funeral Home.
