There to welcome him home were his parents, Warner and Edna Baxter; Brother, James Warner "Moe" Baxter Jr; Grandparents, Don and Lena Flatters, Charlie Baxter and Pearl Baxter; Brother in Law, Neil Hooker; Father in Law, Jessie Jaco; Sister in Law, Jessica Jaco; and his sweet Dog Lucee.
