Chief Charles Michael "Moe" Baxter Sr. 6/19/1967 – 1/8/2023 Michael was welcomed into heaven on January 8, 2023 by his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. There to welcome him home were his parents, Warner and Edna Baxter; Brother, James Warner "Moe" Baxter Jr; Grandparents, Don and Lena Flatters, Charlie Baxter and Pearl Baxter; Brother in Law, Neil Hooker; Father in Law, Jessie Jaco; Sister in Law, Jessica Jaco; and his sweet Dog Lucee. Waiting to join him, his wife Jackie Baxter; Son and Daughter in law, Mikey and Lauryn Baxter; Daughter, Katherine Baxter; Granddaughters, Scarlett Rose and Elowen Jane Baxter; Dog, Tobee his "Pure Bred Good Boy"; Sisters and Brother in Laws, JoAnn Hooker, Debbie and Jerry Belcher, Sandi and Steve Killen, Lisa Baxter, Sharon Baxter, Jennifer and Kevin Bruce; Father in Law, Rabbit Isenhower; Mother in Law, Kathy Jaco; Sister in Law and Brother in Law, Jamie and Lee Coulter; Nieces and Nephews, Sara Hooker Weaver, Emily Hooker Everett, Dana Belcher Ridley, James Belcher, Haley Bagley Shields, Sydney Killen, Samuel Killen, Adain Coulter, and Evan Coulter.
