Cindy Stephens, age 58, of Rocky Face, Georgia passed away Sunday, October 4, 2020. She was born on September 23, 1962. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Janice Taylor. She is survived by the love of her life, JJ; daughters and son in law, Shannon of Dalton, Stacey and Mark of North Carolina; brother, Tim Taylor of North Carolina; sisters, Debra of Rocky Face, Ranae of Cohutta; grandchildren, Niki, Marcus, and Destiny Sikes; great grandchildren, Liam Matthew Turner, and Kerrie Sikes.
