Clara "Sue" Dunn Davis, age 78, of Dalton, Ga. passed away on Saturday, February 1, 2025. She was born August 18, 1946. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gary Davis; parents, Mack Berry Dunn and Lillie Mae Crider Dunn; brothers, Roger Paul Dunn, Johnny Mack Dunn; sister, Carol Elaine Dunn. She is survived by her sons, Marty Nicholson (Karen), Stacy Blackwell (Wendy); brother, James "Jimmy" Dunn; sisters, Patricia Ann Cochran, Brenda Kaye Smith, Glenda Faye Frady, Linda "Crickie" Higdon; grandchildren, Justin Stewart (Lashaie), Jade Rowland (Keith), Brandon Nicholson (Haley), Hannah Brooks (Alec); great grandchildren, Carter, Paxtyn, Jonah, Hudson, Benji, Brantley and Harper. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Ms. Clara "Sue" Davis will be held at 3:00 pm on Tuesday, February 4, 2025 at the Chapel of Dalton Funeral Home with Pastor Dennis Self officiating. The family will be receiving friends for visitation from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm on Tuesday, February 4, 2025 at Dalton Funeral Home.
