Clyde Henry Jordan, age 74, of Dalton, Georgia passed away Wednesday, February 6, 2019. He was born on August 16, 1943. He was preceded in death by his parents, Grady Henry Jordan and Ora Irene Biles Jordan. He is survived by his wife, Sharon Jordan of Varnell; son and daughter in law, Scott and Cindy Jordan of Tunnel Hill; daughters and son in law, Susan Pineda of Varnell, Rebecca Beavers and Lamont Williams of Varnell, Kristina Dyer of Varnell; sister and brother in law, Betty and Windy Adcock of Tunnel Hill; brother and sister in law, Jack and Joann Russell of Dalton; special friends, Jackie and Janet Ashburn of Cohutta; 7 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Clyde Henry Jordan will be held at 1:00 PM Monday, February 11, 2019 at the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home with Pastor Gerald Foster officiating. Interment will be at United Memorial Gardens. The family will be receiving friends for visitation from 5-8 PM Sunday evening.
