Coleman Daniel "Danny" Patterson, age 70, of Dalton, Georgia passed away Wednesday, March 18, 2020. He was born on September 29, 1949. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mack and Pearly Patterson; brothers, David Patterson, Buck Patterson, William Patterson; sisters, Thessie "Jo" Sluder, and Opal Glover. He is survived by his son, Chris Patterson (Rebecca) of Chickamauga; sisters, Mable Ensley of Chatsworth, Alma Holder of Chatsworth, Shirley Teem of Chatsworth; granddaughter, Emma Grace Patterson; step grandchildren, Troy Mussard, and Kat Mussard. A memorial service to celebrate the life of Coleman Daniel "Danny" Patterson will be held at 6:00 PM Thursday, July 30, 2020 at the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home with Brian Asherbranner officiating. The family will be receiving friends for visitation at 5:00 PM. He will be laid to rest at the Chattanooga National Cemetery.
