Daniel Reynolds Grant, age 62, of Dalton, Georgia, passed away on Friday, December 13, 2013 at his home. He was born on January 15, 1951 in Dalton, Georgia to the late William and Betty Grant. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister, Sallie Grant Warren. Daniel is survived by his wife, Mary Grant of Dalton; sons and daughters in law, David and Rhonda Grant of Dalton, and Dwayne and Rebecca Grant of Flat Rock, AL; step daughter, Rebecca Black and her companion Greg Haught of Dalton; brothers and sister in law, Glenn and Angela Grant of Dalton, and Jeff Grant of Dalton; sisters, Sadona Griggs of Dalton, and Dixie Grant of Dalton; grandchildren, Chrystal Grant, and D.J. Grant. To celebrate the life of Daniel Reynolds Grant the family will be receiving friends for visitation from 12:00 to 8:00 PM Sunday, December 15, 2013 with a prayer following the visitation with Jeff Burk officiating. Interment will be at United Memorial Gardens.
