David Leroy Dale, age 69, of Dalton, Georgia stepped over into Glory on Friday, November 27, 2020. He was born on January 27, 1951. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Nollie Dale; brothers, Monroe Dale and JR Dale; sisters, Bonnie Keeler and Kathleen Phillips. He is survived by his wife, Sue Dale of Dalton; sons, David "Frankie"(Brandi) Dale of Dalton, Richard "Adam" (Vicky) Dale of Cleveland, TN; brothers, Harold (Flossie) Dale of Dalton, James (Cindy) Dale of Westside; sisters, Wanda (Herman) Baker of Dalton, Louise Barnette of Armurchee, Shirley (Vern) Hawkins Eaton of Dalton ; grandchildren, Skyler Dale, Braden Dale, Cullen (Amanda) Smith, Dustin Mowery, Christa Mowery; great grandchildren, Ryan Hart, Mia Mowery, Landyn Mowery, Bella and Indie Smith, Bryson Mowery, Miles Joyner; several nieces and nephews; special friends, William and Jessica Triplett, David and Brenda Ford, Leon and Brenda Bowling and Dale Bennett. A service to celebrate the life of David Leroy Dale will be held at Cohutta Hills Community Church on Monday, November 30, 2020 at 2:00 PM. The family will receive friends at the church on Sunday evening from 5:00 to 8:00 PM. Interment will be Cohutta Hills Cemetery. The pallbearers are Cullen Smith, Dustin Mowery, Skyler Dale, Braden Dale, Shane Dale, Scotty Voyles, Randy Voyles and Patrick McCoy.
