Rev. Dr. David L. Jones, age 61, of Dalton, Georgia passed away Saturday, February 19, 2022. He was born on October 28, 1960. He was preceded in death by his father, Marvin Jones. He is survived by his mother, Wanda Jones of Dalton; brother and sister-in-law, Keith and Johnnie Jones of Dalton; sister, Shirril Edwards of Dalton; and several nieces and nephews. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Rev. Dr. David L. Jones will be held at 4:00 PM Monday, February 21, 2022 at the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home with Pastor John officiating. Interment will be at Harmony Grove Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends for visitation from 2:00 PM until the hour of service.
