David Maciel, age 43, of Dalton, Ga. passed away on Wednesday, January 29, 2025. He was born May 15, 1981. He was preceded in death by Arturo Farias. He is survived by his parents, David A. Maciel and Juana Cordero Maciel; son, David Maciel Jr.; daughters, Bianice Maciel, Valerie Gutierrez-Maciel, Aaliyah Maciel; brother, Victor Maciel and wife Rebecca; sisters, Blanca Maciel, Juanita Maciel and husband Javier Arvizu, Cindy Maciel, Valerie Perez; grandchildren, Ethan Kash Maciel, Alonso Vargas and numerous nieces and nephews. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Mr. David Maciel will be held at 3:00 pm on Saturday, February 1, 2025 at the Chapel of Dalton Funeral Home with Pastor Wayne Cofield officiating. The family will be receiving friends for visitation from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm on Saturday, February 1, 2025 at Dalton Funeral Home.
