On Sunday, April 23, 2023, Dennis "Buck" Leon Pullen Jr. went home to heaven. Dennis was a local artisan and innovative tinkerer who was known for his beaming smile and quick wit. He enjoyed concerts, cars, and water skiing. He took pride in all that he did but was most proud of his daughter, Leigh Anne, who he loved more than anything. Dennis is currently rejoicing in paradise with his father, Dennis Leon Pullen Sr.; brother, James Pullen; and beloved nephew Taylor Pullen. He is survived by his mother, Edith Jeanette "Hight" Pullen of Dalton; daughter, Leigh Anne (Christian) Metroka of Cartersville; brother, Dale (Vicky) Pullen of Cohutta; sister, Elizabeth (Tony) Barefield of Cleveland, TN; grandson, Coleman Metroka; as well as many other family members and friends. A memorial service to celebrate the life of Dennis Leon Pullen Jr. will be held on Saturday, May 6, 2023 at 3:00 PM at the Chapel of Dalton Funeral Home with Pastor Ronnie Cowart officiating. The family will be receiving friends for visitation on Saturday, May 6, 2023 from 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM at Dalton Funeral Home. Arrangements have been entrusted to Dalton Funeral Home, 620 S.
