Dimple O'Dell Arnold, age 91, of Dalton, Georgia passed away Saturday, December 3, 2016. She was born February 15, 1925. She was preceded in death by her husband, Elbert Milburn; parents, Thomas and Sophie Springfield; daughter, Will Dee Arnold as well as 16 brothers and sisters. She is survived by her son and daughter in law, Charles and Sally Arnold of Dalton, GA; daughter, Mildred A. Lackey of Dalton, GA; brother and sister in law, Claude and Loretta Springfield of Chatsworth, GA; 6 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Dimple O'Dell Arnold will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, December 7, 2016 at the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home with Brother Douglas Lackey officiating. Interment will be at Dawn of Rest Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends for visitation from 10:00 AM until the hour of service.
