Mr. Doil E. Smith, age 86, of LaGrange, Georgia passed away at his home in Dawnville, Ga. Sunday, March 20, 2022. He was born on October 20, 1935. He was preceded in death by his father, Truitt Smith; mother, Ilene Smith; sister, Cloie Jay Carter. He is survived by his wife, Patricia Smith; daughter, Sherrie Gibson (James); sons, Dale Smith (Charlene) of Cohutta, Derek Smith of Dalton; five grandchildren; one great grandchild.
