Donald Rentz Farmer, age 74, of Dalton, Ga. passed away on Wednesday, January 8, 2025. He was born May 18, 1950. He was preceded in death by his wife. Judy Fay Timms Farmer; parents, John and Dessie Christine Wilson Farmer; daughter, Jennifer Rena Farmer. He is survived by his son, Donnie Farmer (Tammie); brothers, Sherman Pat Farmer (Lois), John Wilson Farmer (Sue); grandchildren, Brooklyn Gonzalez, Jordyn Farmer; great grandchild, Gabrielle Hennessee. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Mr. Donald Rentz Farmer will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, January 14, 2025 at the Chapel of Dalton Funeral Home with Pastor Paul Armstrong officiating. Interment will be West Hill Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends for visitation from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Monday, January 13, 2025 at Dalton Funeral Home.
