Donald Eugene Scott, age 64, of Manchester, Tennessee passed away Sunday, October 13, 2019. He was born on October 15, 1954. He was preceded in death by his mother, Alva Morris; and a sister, Gayle Vulgamore. He is survived by his wife, Charlotte Welch Scott of Manchester, TN; daughters, Brenda Scott Youngest of Manchester, TN, Desaray George of Middle Chapel Hill, TN, Donnene Scott Parker of Manchester, TN; brothers, Kenneth Porter and Steven Scott; 8 grandchildren, Theodore Eugene Scott, Jason Albert Parker, Jr, Anthony Michael Parker, Derrick Alexander Scott, Christine Elizabeth Parker, Cyrian Allen Harris, Tyler Charles Permenter, Charlene Erinn Odelle Permenter; and many nieces and nephews. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Donald Eugene Scott will be held at 1:00 PM Wednesday, October 16, 2019 at the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home. Interment will be at United Memorial Gardens.
