Donna Gail Green Gillespie age 60, of Cohutta, GA, passed away on Thursday, March 27, 2025. Donna was born in Dalton, GA, on September 7, 1964, the daughter of Mildred Key Rittenhouse and the late Gordon Green. She was a member of Christian Free Worship. Donna loved her dog, Gracie. She enjoyed shopping, the outdoors, and flowers. In addition to her father, Donna was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Gillespie; stepfather, Grady Rittenhouse; and a sister, Karen Green. In addition to her mother, survivors include her three sisters, Diane Lawson (Tim), Kathy Reed (Steve), and Melissa Headrick (Anthony); stepsister Sharon Rittenhouse; and stepbrother, William Rittenhouse. Several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews also survive. A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, March 30, 2025, at 2:00 P.M., Dalton Funeral Home Chapel with Ross Holland officiating. Burial will follow at West Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at Dalton Funeral Home. Flowers accepted or memorial contributions, may be made to help with funeral expenses.
