Dorothy Geneva Patton, age 84, of Dalton, GA. passed away on Monday, March 3, 2025. She was born February 19, 1941. She was preceded in death by her husband James Patton; parents, Emmett and Lena Stewart Jones; son, James Eddie Patton; brothers, Emmett Jones Jr., Guy Jones, Harold Jones, Ralph Jones; sisters, Haynie Jones Hammond, Katherine Jones Fricks, Ruth Jones Slayton, Sybil Jones. She is survived by her son, Tony (Connie) Patton; Grandchildren, Cory (Samantha) Patton, Jason Richmond; daughter-in-law, Rita Patton and numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
