Elizabeth Sharpnack, age 61, of Rocky Face, Georgia passed away Monday, August 9, 2021. She was born on June 21, 1960. She was preceded in death by her father, JW Smythers and mother, Mary Sue Stewart Bivens. Elizabeth is survived by her husband, Michael Sharpnack of Rocky Face; son, Josh (Amanda) Randolph of Dalton; daughters, Candius Patton of Chatsworth, Nicole Sharpnack of Dalton; brothers, Jimmy (Bobbie) Smythers of Dalton, James (Christy) Smythers of Dalton, Leon (Tammy) Weeks of Dalton, Robert (Tammy) Smythers of Chatsworth; sisters, Lynn (Bobby) Franks of Chatsworth, Patsy (Michael) Ledford of Rocky Face, Janie (Tommy) McKee of Dalton, Barbara Joyner of West Virginia, Freda Weeks of Chatsworth; and grandchildren, Devin Patton, Jay Randolph, Logan Gallegos, Alexis Gallegos, and Kaitlyn Gallegos. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Elizabeth Sharpnack will be held on Thursday, August 12, 2021 at 5:30 PM at the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home. Pastor Donald Shipman will officiate the service. Interment will be at Mill Creek Cemetery. The family will receive friends for visitation on Thursday from 4:00 PM until the time of service.
