Ms. Emily Maynard Rimel, age 77, of Chatsworth, Georgia passed away Friday, February 16, 2018 at Gordon Health Care in Calhoun. She was preceded in death by her parents, Sam and Lovadah (Richardson) Maynard. She is survived by her cousins, Frances Ball of Calhoun, Pat Caldwell of Dalton, Margaret Cartwright of Marietta, Susie Gray of Calhoun, Susan Hart of Nashville, TN, Jane Lidell of Germantown, TN, Betty MacGowen of Springfield, VA. Memorial Services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, February 24, 2018 at the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home with Rev. George Ross officiating. The family will receive friends Saturday from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM. Interment will be in the Richardson Cemetery.
