Ernest Carter, age 35, of Lafayette, Ga. passed away on Monday, October 10, 2022. He was born on December 9, 1986. He is preceded in death by his parents, Samuel Ike Carter; grandparents, Ernest and Mary Miller; L.C. and Doris Carter. He is survived by his mother, Sandra "Miller" Spivey of KY.; brothers, Josh Spivey, Danny Spivey; sisters, Jessica Miller, Chelsea Miller, Renee Brinkley; a host of nieces and nephews; several aunts and uncles. A memorial service to celebrate the life of Mr. Ernest Carter will be held at 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM on Saturday, October 22, 2022 at the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home.
