Eva Burnette, age 86, of Dalton, Georgia passed away on Friday, May 16, 2014. She was born on March 30, 1928 in Dalton. She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert C. Burnette; father, James Fred Hammontree; mother, Vera Hammontree; brother, James Hammontree. She is survived by her daughters and son in law, Sandra Burnette of Douglasville, Lisa and Ron Larmon of Dalton; 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. The family had a graveside service at 5:00 PM on Saturday, May 17, 2014 at West Hill Cemetery.
