Eva Vean (Eva) Carolyn "Daniel" Jackson, age 78, of Dalton, Georgia passed away Monday, March 1, 2021. She was born on October 17, 1942. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jessie Freddie Jackson; parents, Luther Daniel and Lucile Shannon Daniel; son, Thomas Jackson. She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Freddie and Brenda Jackson of Dalton, GA; William Jackson of Dalton, GA; David Jackson of Dalton, GA; James and Esther Jackson of Hephzibah, Ga; daughter and son-in-law, Carolyn and Randall Cross of Dalton, GA; daughter-in-law, Charlotte Jackson of Dalton, GA; 12 Grandchildren and 21 Great Grandchildren. Several nieces and nephews. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Eva Jackson will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, March 3, 2021at the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home with Pastor Gordon Delashmitt officiating. Interment will be at Mineral Springs Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends for visitation from 10 AM until the hour of service at Dalton Funeral Home.
