Fannie Gladys Higgins, age 64, of Dalton, Georgia passed away Sunday, March 5, 2017. She was born on April 29, 1952. She was preceded in death by her parents, Herman Higgins and Willie Ruth Clark Higgins; brothers, Charles Higgins, Johnny Higgins, James Higgins and Robert Higgins; sisters, Louise Campbell and Betty Sue Fernatt. She is survived by her sister, Mary Bright of Tunnel Hill. To celebrate the life of Fannie Gladys Higgins the family will be receiving friends for visitation from 2-5 PM Monday, March 13, 2017 at Dalton Funeral Home.
